Processing & Production Time
All items from Disciplined Lifestyle are made to order.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.
Shipping Time & Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and any unforeseen delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.).
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Disciplined Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. In those cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You can also email us and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at disciplinedlifestyleapparel@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.
If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
General wear and tear or damage after delivery
Please check our size guide carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ve got you.
You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the defect/damage and the item as a whole
Once we review your case, if the item is clearly defective or damaged, we will:
Offer a replacement of the same item, or
If a replacement is not possible, offer a refund or store credit
We reserve the right to reject claims that: Show signs of wear or use
Are reported after the 7‑day window
Do not clearly show a manufacturing defect
Lost Orders / “Never Made” / Stuck in Transit
If your order: Never updates past “Label Created,”
Is stuck in transit for an unreasonable amount of time, or
Clearly appears to be lost in the system,
then:

We will contact the production and/or shipping partners to investigate.
If the order is confirmed lost or never produced/shipped, we will:
Re‑ship your order at no cost or
Issue a refund if re‑shipping is not possible.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item (wrong product, design, or color):

Photos of what you received
We’ll review and, if confirmed, we will send the correct item at no extra cost.
